Absolutely the worst post office to deal with. They have misdelivered my packages 3 times now. This time I've called an made a complaint regarding this. Tim the supervisor informed me they acknowledge it was delivered to the wrong address but since the package didn't have insurance (etsy) they can't do anything about it and the carrier would have to come out of pocket for my reimbursement. Which he is not sure will even happen. I just want my refund or my package. This is absolutely unacceptable. Also the consumers affair rep was of no help. I've been given the run around by this entire office. I was denied contact with the post Master regarding this issue as well.

I have never met you or spoken to you prior to this past week, yet I feel as though we are good friends.
Not only did you inform me that my packages were illegally being forwarded to another account, but you contacted the USPS distribution center in Florida (on my behalf), to reroute the package to Garland. You provided me a new tracking number and called me the next day for follow up.
When I called to the post office on two occasions in the past two days, you were there for me and assisted me without hesitation.
You should be recognized for your dedication, thorough work, and your kindness to a customer. I am grateful.
Also, can I give a “shout out” for my mail man, Randall (“Randy”) in north Garland. He is so faithful and consistent with our neighborhood mail delivery.

Called with a complaint that mail was not delivered properly over a 2 day stretch. The person I spoke with on the phone about this problem was efficient and quick to address my concerns. Happy with the handling and outcome of the issue at this post office branch.
It is ridiculous that you can't get someone on the phone at the post office, an hour on hold was the wait time, the wait in line is ridiculous with slow workers who have no job integrity and now the carrier can't even get my mail in the right box. I get my neighbors mail and my neighbors on the other side get my mail as well as their own. If I ran my company like this, I would be out of business. They should privatize the US mail service, then at least they would have some competition that would make them give a crap.
I usually get excellent service with USPS. Called the Garland, Texas branch twice about a lost package. Postal employee told me my package was probably in outer space. Very helpful.
USPS IS not a good Sevice anymore they lost my package and the Rep I talked to was rude as Hell and then Hung up on me!! Avoid using the USPS at all costs
