We live near Acton Post Office in what is considered Granbury, TX. We have used this post al service for almost 20 years. Nice people. But what I really concerned about after hearing from friends and relatives. We hand carried our Christmas cards to Acton and took directly inside to mail; on December 19th, 2020. Several did not receive their cards until The month of January! I just rec’d note from friend that they had theirs delivered today, January 23,2021. Different states! Really, how can that happen! Something is certainly wrong with the postal system to say the least. Took me over a month to get a small box with eye glasses mailed Portland, OR.. seems no one could read to get them out of Seattle post center. Shameful!
I used to deliver mail. I was out of town and noticed my mailbox is all bashed up. Looks like a possibility that the carrier hit it. Yep f this is true I will need it replaced. ASAP
As I was coming into town off of FM 4 yesterday around 5 pm I saw a postman putting mail in the mailbox and dropped some of the mail out the window. It blew away. That could have been someones bill and they won't get to be able to pay it.
Also, mailbox will shut and the delivery person never makes sure that she shuts it.
Someone needs to talk with these postman and make sure they are doing a good job.
No delivery of mail after putting a piece of mail back in box. It’s been four days of nothing. Someone needs to be fired and all my back mail needs to be delivered. Acton, TX USPS get your act together.
