I'm trying to track down a piece of missing mail. I filed an online missing mail inquiry. Few days later I got an email from the responsible person at Ashford West post office. He even let me with the number to call to follow up. When you dial the number, we get the automated system, and nobody in the post office can pick up the phone.
I just moved t Livingston TX today but yesterday I personally thanked Geald for his dedication n assistance for these past few years.
A true professionalism was unmatched.
this post office is the worst. years of cramming the PO box so full that it is a fight to get it out. they refuse to follow instructions to deliver packages to the door, only 100 feet away. they will fold a "do not fold" package and damage the contents. reporting this to USPS resulted in a "case resolved" email, nothing more. station managers are trash, liars. they do this on purpose. USPS is the product of a malfunctioned government. No one is accountable. it all started in 1964
Mailbox dropbox outside the station on Wittington Dr houston tx has been wrapped in yellow caution tape for months. Out of order. P.O. needs to adress this urgent repair and has neglected it.
Also.
The property is ill maintained inside and out. Outside grass and weeds are 2 feet tall. Looks like abandoned building. Inside counter area is always in disarray with mailing envelopes and boxes mixed together and difficult to determine which is correct mailing package. If you ask the counter staff its a terrible inconvenience for thrm to assist the customer.
Never received a package that was due on 5/20/21. Delivery acceptance was pending but correct information for communication not given. Meanwhile , the tracking number is no longer showing activity. Last showing at the post office. Still waiting on package delivery. What's a Customer/USPS Patron to do?
Missing packages that don’t fit in mailbox and never delivered to apt call the location nobody ever answer the phone ridiculous is this how you conduct business
Hope all is well who get this email . God Bless you all! Thanks for your service. But I get to post office at Whittington, that’s my place. This is an inquiry:
To whom do I request a replacement cluster mailbox for the Oaks of Clayton community located in front of 3111 Elkdale Drive, Houston TX 77085?
I was standing in line today at the post office to buy some stamps. There was an elderly couple ahead of me, and when they were called by the mail clerk, they approached her with forms (I believe), and she immediately said that if they had not been "mouthing off" in line, they could have had the forms filled out. I was shocked to hear her say this to them. They were shocked, probably embarrassed, and they said that she was rude. They walked out without finishing their transaction. I think the mail clerk's action/behavior was unconscionable. I suggest that she be fired. This is no way to treat people/customers, and represent our country as a Government employee. Please do something about this mail clerk's rude behavior. I suggest that all postal employees go through a customer service workshop.
