FOR MOUNTHS WE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT NOT RECIEVING OUR MAIL AT OUR PLACE OF BISSNESS AND YET THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. IM GETTING FINE FROM THE CITY BECAUSE OF BILLS WE DO NOT KNOW WHEN TO PAY. (TAXES, LIGHT BILL)
I was trying to get a hold of someone in the USPS office on Walters Road in Houston, TX. All I needed was to see if a package was returned there. After 3 attempts of calling and letting it ring for several minutes each, the line just disconnects each time. Someone really needs to answer their phone or have it set up to an auto attend. I was still unable to reach anyone. So disappointing of the USPS office there.
Someone needs to speak to their employees who answer the phone, when I called today she had an attitude since the beginning. She must not like her job to be giving people an attitude. On top of that my package was marked as REFUSED & NOT DELIVERED. I was at work & no one lives at my house other than me. I asked for a manager or supervisor and she didn't even let me finish talking. She immediately put me on hold for 40 min. and when someone picked up the woman said,"HELLO," as if she was answering her home phone. I asked if she was a manager and she didn't even respond & immediately put me back on hold for a long time. No manager ever came to the phone. I'm still trying to find out why the postal carrier tried to deliver my package to the door, when it's always been stuck in my mailbox that I open with a key. The recipient has mailed me the same size packages twice before and it was always left in my mailbox.
I bought my home located at 12045 Champion Forest Drive 77066 on 12/30/16. I STILL DO NOT HAVE KEYS TO MY MAILBOX. This is ridiculous!! I have been told several times, "Your keys will be made tomorrow, or be ready next week." I want to get my mail without going to the post office, Twice I was told there was NO MAIL for my household. This was not true. I have been put off about my keys and mail long enough. Andrew Ryan
I wish I could attach photos to this. Our postman is apparently the laziest man on earth. I've come home many times to packages and Mail shoved into the box. Most of the time we get our neighbors mail...sometimes our orders or expected mail never arrives. A few times I've had to take very crumpled, wadded up pieces of mail to my neighbor because the post man delivered it to our box and crammed all the packages in with the mail. Very, very poor service. I've also called and complained about torn packages and crumpled mail because he won't deliver packages to the door. The man I talked to said he would take care of it but apparently he hasn't, or our post man still refuses to behave and do his job correctly.
The traffic exit signs for the Cornerstone Station are terrible. People repeatedly make lefts turns onto Walters Road from the right lane of the Cornerstone Station exit. There should be bright and clear signs providing that the right lane exit is for right turns only, and another sign providing that the left lane exit is for left turns only.
