I have a Ring video of my mail carrier dropping my mail on my porch today instead of putting it in my mailbox. The weather today was wet and windy. When I came home I found my mail strewn across my yard and soaked. I have photo's of it and would like to send them and my video to someone in a position to correct this behavior.
I am so upset. I used to have the best mail carrier but my house is no longer on her route. Ever since then I have many days of no mail being delivered OR picked up! I even schedule package pickup requests and I get emails that the pickup has been complete but my packages are still sitting out front waiting. I schedule these pickups to make sure they actually come by my house to get them. I mail lots of packages and I need consistency and reliability. It's unacceptable that my packages aren't getting picked up when I schedule them.
This post office are well rude they do not know how to treat the person the phone calls and they leave you on hold after answering the call for half an hour you go with a number they are crawled and they do not look for the package the service is really bad
Terrible terrible service. I had a package sent to me that was suppose to be delivered December 8th, but they didn't attempt to deliver it until December 9th or so they claimed. It is now December 14th an I still have not received my package. They left a note in my box claiming to have tried to deliver the package which is a lie and now I can't reach nobody at the 713 995 1441. All the phone do is ring then hang up. So unprofessional!!!! I'm super pissed because my son's brand new Jordan's are in that box. The 1800 number is mo help either and when I went up there they still could not find my package so now ima have to file a claim and sue. Please if you can reframe from going to or through that post office because they are a bunch of lazy lying bums
Don’t waste your time processing a passport at the post office. I recommend to everyone needing a passport the passport services at Central Library 500 Mckinney Houston Texas 77002 832-393-1313 for those who want to process a passport application. Organized, knowledgeable, nice, open late on Tuesday and Thursdays, (that’s when I had mine done) and NO APPOINTMENT necessary.The agents their are AWESOME!
The service here is terrible. The staff is so rude. The whole post office is just a mess. I've had 3 cases where my mail has been stolen. Talked to someone about it and they ended up asking me queations that wasn't even related to the topic. Terrible experience.
I was there on monday early at 8 and saw that it was closed i even came from my job just to see that it was closed and it was raining hard and because of that i lost my phone.. Not satisfied it should be open by that time if they oppen at 6:30 am
