Postal Locations

Are they committing mail fraud at the Eastwood location? We are consistently receiving others' mail in the box we've rented for over 40 years! What are they doing with OUR mail?!?

Pretty poor. Unless our regular mailman is on duty or the one good substitute, our mail doesn't stand a chance. I had two deliveries they said were attempted Saturday. We were closed. Was supposed to deliver the next business day. Mailman showed up around 10:30 or 11:00, no packages. Also, they claimed they left delivery attempt notices (going by what Amazon says), they didn't leave a thing. There have been times when our mailman was on vacation and we didn't get any mail for up to almost two weeks. I told our good mailman and the one good sub that neither snow, rain, sleet or hail will stop a mailman from delivering the mail, unless your mailman goes on vacation, then your screwed. Only good thing the Lawndale station has going for them is that they are not the sorting center, I think that is 77075, they are awful, and the old guy with the bad hair piece finally retired. He hated everyone. If I could get Amazon and some of the others to strictly use UPS or FedEx, I would certainly request it.

Worst service ever! This post office needs to be audited for processes, services, and personnel attitude checks. In the last month they have posted to our tracking that a package was delivered when it wasn't and then took another 3 days into the next week to deliver. Another time they decided to say they left a notice for attempted package delivery and they didn't. You call and stay on hold for years on end! Worst service and processes ever!
