This office is always losing packages. Or they say item delivered, then I wait the next day to question carrier, and my item is still on the truck! The mail "manager" puts in these delivered notices day(s) before she actually delivers.
We made a passport appointment for our son 10 days ago and waited, they called us 1 hour before the appointment time to say our appointment was cancelled, there was no one at the window. They do not realize that both parents had to take of from work and keep the child at home for this appointment they are very unconsidered. They would not even try to help rescheduling. You have to wait more than a week to schedule an other appointment.Horrible service!!!
This post office has the worst customer service. I scheduled an appointment online for 9:00am this morning for passport services. I arrived at 8:45 and was told to sit near the passport area and someone would be there shortly. At 9:10 the only person behind the counter had me relocate to the line where you pick up packages. There was only one person in front of me. At 9:30 that person was still waiting for his package and no one had come out for passport services. If you ask people to set up an appointment then you should have staff there to accommodate. New management is needed badly at this location.
I have two items which should have been delivered by now that have not arrived.

In addition, many times I have had to deliver mail to my neighbors that was mistakenly placed in my box. Please do some additional training. I know mistakes happen occasionally but it seems to happen a lot here.
Our mail service is getting worse. Very frequently, we get someone else's mail. We are not getting our mail. Last month, I did not receive two of my bills resulting in late charges when I checked on their whereabouts. We are not receiving our magazines and grocery store coupons. Frequently our mail goes to the same number address on a parallel street.
How do we go about getting this situation corrected? Your assistance is appreciated.

I had numerous times asked this postal office of fleet wood to come by and change the mail box lock of my business. They said it was fine and we will send someone out there. I PAID for he lock to be changed and have been waiting for two weeks now. I went up there the other day and the staff is just plain out rude and has a very disgusting attitude towards anyone that comes in. I spoke with the supervisor and she said they will come out the next day which they did not. Then again I went up there and said the person will be out there tomorrow and yet that person to change lock is still not here. Why was i charged for something that has not happened for over two weeks now.
