I called several times this morning. 11-2-20 and they hung up in my face twice and the phone just ring. Horrible service. I asked Trent for help and he had no clue what was going on. I asked to speak to a manager and i was on hold for 35 mins. Horrible.
I'm sick of my packages scanned delivered and I NEVER received them. I'm boiling over at this point. They are continuing to deliver my mail down and across the street from my place. This has to stop. I need help I'm losing money and when I call the Greensmark location no one ever answers.
I live in Tucson, AZ. submitted a package intercept that I mailed to a Houston address. I have called the number listed for the Greens North P.O. numerous times to no avail. It rings many times, then I get a busy signal.I'm trying to get status on my intercept. What good does it do to have a phone number if it is NEVER monitered????????????????
I agree about the worst postal workers here they are lazy , unfriendly and flat rude most of the time. I do believe that the delivery person is stealing my mail I ordered a ring that the tracking said it was delivered to my home however, I never received it and today I received a small package that had been open and placed in my mail box there was a bracelet missing. My mail box door is left open a lot of the times.
I think the personnel at this post office may be the worst employees in all of America. I've never encountered such miserable people at the post office before in my entire life. And I frequent other post offices quite a bit. But the funny thing is, my visit didn't even require much from the service team since I was just dropping off a pre-paid package. I had never visited this office before so I am accustomed to the excellent service at the West Gray location. Maybe my past experiences at other offices contributed to my high expectations but all I did was ask if there was a drop off bin since it was my first time there. The response I received was the nastiest exchange between two strangers on such a simple question... "Umm, no there ain't a drop off bin. What are you even trying to do? You have to bring it in EVERYTIME or else we'll reject it!" Then I had to answer a series of questions (which was completely fine) but the lady was wasting so much of my time, typing like a 3 year old. I decided to check my emails during this LONGEST drop-off transaction ever, only to be disrupted by this person instructing me to answer the same damn questions on the keypad. She was so upset that I was unaware she was done with her part. How was I supposed to know she was done keying in whatever she was pretending to key in? Then she had the nerve to point at the sign on her counter. The sign said "please turn off your cell phone," while the clerk next to her mumbled something under her breath. I couldn't even pretend to try to decipher whatever came out of her mouth!I almost broke out into laughter right on the spot but unlike our service workers at this office, I have more couth. And even if I didn't, I was honestly tickled!!Thank you for your service.
