I am sending a complaint. I live in Kelley Village Apt. And the mail man has been parking in the back and not delivering our mail. The office is the only ones getting mail. I live in 3118 Green , 77020. He rides around on the phone and has not delivered in four days to our boxes. I have been waiting for some very important mail that I should have had Friday. This male man is not doing his job and I need to know how to fix this. I can't pay my bills because he is hold our mail. He is a black male with a turban tied around his head. Please help us find out what is going on.
I found my mail box broken with another ones more at 7400 Bellerive Condominius I reported to the property manager and he told me to report that to usps .
I try theft and vandalism page but I can't access.
Please let me know what I need to do.

I have delivery packages going to the wrong address how can I get the packages to the right address

We cannot get our mail delivered to the correct address, we are missing mail mainly our bills. Many times the mail never gets too me. It often is delivered to the wrong address two streets over I Know this is true so because we get other people’s mail on those streets and will deliver to those addresses. Or sometimes we don’t even get our mail, because in this neighborhood is a lot of people from other countries and that we don’t know because they don’t speak English. So when they get our mail they just throw it away. We would appreciate your help our Zip Code is 77053 or address is 5813 Mackinaw St. Houston Texas 77053.

during this time of the Corona Virus pandemic. They don’t wear face masks which l think may expose them to danger. If anyone of those they’re serving is contaminated.
