Postal Locations

We have been over this again and again and again this time I am going straight to the government entity that signs your paycheck. I am sick and tired of your postal employees deciding when they want to deliver our mail I have important documents that need to be received dealt with and sent back within the same day. How can this be done with my mail doesn't get into my mailbox until after 8 at night. I will be submitting all of the pictures and documentation from my security camera stating when your employees get to my house the pictures will state that your employees are sitting in parking lots at people's houses socializing eating dinner going home doing what they need to do and then coming back out on their route to finish their deliveries if they finish at all. You all are government entity the pieces of mail that I'm not getting our from a government office and who gives you the right to decide when where and how we get our services you are paid with our tax dollars. So I hope you all at this office are comfortable with how you are dealing with your customers because I'm about to social media and every other platform that I can find to post pictures oh what our tax dollars are actually paying for which basically boils down to us paying for your employees to be having fun at their friend's house while on the clock and let me tell you in my neighborhood your employees are probably Under the Influence driving around because the houses that I have taken pictures of them sitting at for long periods of time are not their Grandma's house if you get what I mean. You all might want to double-check yourselves real quick. Because the pictures that I have it's not going to be a good day for the post office on Shepherd and its employees I do not appreciate being treated like a punk.

I did a address change Oct.27,2020 so my mail should be forwarded but i have gotten No Mail....Why?

I tired of not getting my mail I live at 509 dipping lane. Haven't got mail in 4 days .the mail lady say she send stuff back that's not cool all my mail is important I want a new mail person.

Hello I live at 8102. Yale St and my mail service in this area is ok I quess but they never never pick up the mail it's like a garbage dumb around the mail box it's grossly horrible why doesn't the mailman ever pick up the mail why and they steal what they want this place is a embarrassing place to live anyway but the mailbox is horrible

Our mail at 801 Rose Lane 77037 has not been delivered regularly. Sometimes it is left at 901 Rose Lane. We have a mail box 801 Rose Lane in front of our house. and we live there. So please leave all mail for 801 Rose Lane. Our copies of Living With Christ prayer book for July never arrived. Thank you. Sr. Francis Marie Bordages

N. SHEPPERED DR. 77088 TERRIBLE SERVICE!! PACKAGES DO NOT GET DELIVERED AND USPS SENDS MESSAGES AS DELIVERED WHEN THERE ARE NOT. I HAVE CALLED THE 7511 N. SHEPPERED DR. 77088 OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND AND WHEN THEY DO ANSWER THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY HANGUP THE PHONE. THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF. CUSTOMERS PAY FOR A DELIVERY SERVICE AND PACKAGES GO MISSING.

Location: N Sheppered Dr. 77088 I had ordered some products for Mother's Day. I received a phone notification of my package being delivered which is incorrect! I received no package. I called the retailer to ask about my package and they said to call USPS. I called the USPS twice and the first time the lady left me on the phone for more than 15 minutes waiting. The second call a lady answered and was rude so asked to speak to a Supervisor. She left me on the phone for more than 20 minutes and hung up on me. I called several times after that and they did not answer. What type of business is this? TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Please start delivering the mail. Why do you have such terrible service here?

Terrible service. Delivery of mail on no schedule. Not in box after seven thirty at night but there when morning newspaper is delivered around five in the morning. Some days no delivery. Now they have lost a package. Are they of any help?????? Postal review team couldn’t believe what they get away with.

I have put the mail I want to be picked up in the mailbox at 7:30 am in front of my house and it is not being picked up and the flag is never put down what is the problem?

I called this post office today; it was busy. I called again and was hung up on, instead of being answered. I called again, and it just rang and rang, then it went to a fast busy signal and disconnected. I have not received a package that was delivered, as the tracking number suggests, on April 8th. It's April 15th; still not delivered. I have had so many losses of packages sent to me over the last 13 years; all from this particular post office. You offer no assistance. I get mail that belongs elsewhere, and figure they've delivered my mail elsewhere. I write on the mail that is delivered to me incorrectly, that it's the wrong address; no such person at this address. Isn't it a requirement of the post office, to know how to read?

I've tried for (2) days calling this post office. Yesterday, I was on hold for 30 minutes. Today, no answer. This behavior would not be tolerated in Corporate America.
