The worst postal station in the city. The counter clerks are rude and lazy. They're snappy and curt with their responses to you. The carrier at our building is lazy and doesn't pay attention to what box he's putting mail in and mail gets into the wrong box. We had a package of medical supplies that was supposed to be delivered to our home, but we got an email saying it was ready to be picked up at the post office. We don't live at the post office!!! We expect our mail and packages to be delivered to our home address, not at the post office to be picked up. When you call about a package, the people are rude. It's so bad, we drive 5 miles out of our way to use another post office to mail packages or we use UPS or FedEx. This station needs a complete overhaul of personnel and management.
Customer service is terrible. Postal carrier is lazy when it comes to the delivery of larger parcels, or they don't deliver when they say they've stated they've delivered. The pickup window has very inconvenient hours. The employees spend a long time cokin' and jokin' in the back.
Why did you have to switch me to this station as my pickup location? THEY ARE NOT OPEN WHEN I CAN GET THERE!!!!! I used to use the station on Sage before you guys closed it. It opened at 7AM when I could stop by and get my "special" mail before I go to work. The new location opens at 8.. I have to be AT work then. Now, there is NO freakin' way I can get my mail. I've now missed 2 EXPRESS (i.e EXPENSIVE) deliveries, because the guy dropping the mail at my apartment cant or wont leave them in the box, and takes them back to the center. I get off work at 5:30 (like a great many people ) and there's no way on earth I can get to the post office by closing time at 6 without some form of rocket propulsion. So, there is no way for me to get any parcels or express or priority items, because the office is CLOSED. They are also CLOSED on Saturday. So, I'm completely hosed when it comes to anything larger than a standard envelope, because your (lack of ) customer service model no longer has you open when most working people can get there. How do we (by this I mean YOU!) solve this?
