We recently had the pleasure of speaking to the new manager, Darrel Mitchell. He was helpful in starting the process to resolve an ongoing issue with delivery. He got back to us in a quick and timely manner. We appreciate his service.
Terrible service, non-delivery of packages with false excuses for same. Attempted to file complaint with Postal authorities but as given the old runaround, getting no place, and unable to speak with a live person. Worst possible service foe the last four months.
I want to commend postal employee Desiree Cole at the Rivers Oaks Postal Station (Houston, TX) for the exceptional job she did in resolving an issue I had with delivery of a Certified item to the Cypress, TX station. Item was posted on 4/4/2019; received and delivered, 4/16/2019. Ms. Cole diligently worked to get the delivery issue resolved thereby providing customer satisfaction. There should be more dedicated, devoted, and conscientious personnel like Ms. Cole. I hope to be able to tell her personally how much she is appreciated.
I received a notice of delivery for a package that stated I could pick up my package at the post office between 6:30-5pm. I went to get my package at pick up door and there were people back there but no one responded. I absolutely had to have this package before work this morning and will now will be in trouble with management at work. So thanks for my Monday morning.
