Postal Locations

We have three weeks of mail that has not reached its destination. Checks dated 5/10, 5/25 and 5/31. We drop mail off at postal box located on Gessner between Clay Road and Hammerly. We drop the mail off around 4:30 PM and the box has a pickup time of 5:30 PM. Can you tell me if there has been a problem with mail in that area?

We cannot get our mail delivered to the correct address, we are missing mail mainly our bills. Many times the mail never gets too me. It often is delivered to the wrong address two streets over I Know this is true so because we get other people’s mail on those streets and will deliver to those addresses. Or sometimes we don’t even get our mail, because in this neighborhood is a lot of people from other countries and that we don’t know because they don’t speak English. So when they get our mail they just throw it away. We would appreciate your help our Zip Code is 77053 or address is 5813 Mackinaw St. Houston Texas 77053.

I was told by the Fairbanks Post Office that you service the blue postal box located in the parking lot of Ace Hardware located on Jones Rd. On November 30, I mailed 50 Christmas cards from that box. To date, no one has received their card. I was told by the Fairbanks Office that mail is picked up there every day. I filled out the form online through the USPS web site and I continue to receive a reply that my "one" piece of mail cannot be found. It is 50 pieces of mail. How can 50 pieces of mail just disappear?????
