CLERK #10 IS A VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEE THERE! SHE IS THE ONLY REASON I CONTINUE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS, AND IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, EXPLAINS EVERYTHIN!. SHE KNOWS IT ALL, THE WHOLE POST OFFICE... (FROM TOP TO BOTTOM).BEST COURTESY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SURE!!!!! ON THE OTHER HAND,IF THAT ASIAN LADY WAS TO BE THE ONLY ONE THERE, THE POST OFFICE WOULD PROBABLY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. SHE IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE....(KEEP HER IN THE BACK), HER COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE VERY POOR AND SHE IS RUDE FROM THE LOOKS OF IT, SHE HATES HER JOB.
They have worst service at this location. It’s better they close this location instead of providing such services. Simply getting insulted by them without any mistake. They don’t care about customers and worst behavior at this location. There is one asian lady, behaves like it’s her own store and we are like untouchable people and never do her work properly.
There is one asian lady who is around mid 40s. She is very rude and never help customers.Last visit I asked what time is usps pickup.She replied why you need to know. Second time I went to ask her question she answered me with “ i don't have time”. She need to get fired for giving worst customer service .she is like my mother age but in America you get pay for your work if you Dont like to work then don't work..
I had a package to be delivered. The postal employee did not come to my house or deliver any mail yesterday. The postal employee entered into the system that she tried to deliver it twice, five minutes apart and left instructions on how to get my package. She did not come to my house and no notices. I have cameras and no one came to my door and no one delivered mail on February 24, 2022. This package does not need a signature to deliver.
Get it together! Tons of complaints about the phone never being answered.. etc. I had a package delivered to this location 6 days ago and no update! I needed this package for Christmas gifts and now it’s 2 days after and still no update. No answered calls or even a place to give a call back number. Something needs to change if you have complaints about the same thing on here from 5 years ago!!
Without a doubt the worst post office in Texas. They purposefully leave their phone off the hook, have HORRIBLE attitudes, will tell you something that is just not true so they don’t have to do the work, and will make sure that your trip to this PO is the worst part of your day.
Honestly with how many absolutely terrible reviews it should be investigated. Tons have people have lost thousands of dollars in mail over their incompetence.
Please help. I have been desperately trying to contact this location. I am a teacher and am unable to get to the post office in the allotted times and they refuse to answer the phone. I have a check there with my name on it but the address is wrong ( for some reason), and I am worried it will be sent back, and I will not get the stimulus.
Two people working to help tons of customers. Employees Here have always had horrible attitudes and are worse now. Mr de joy’s Work and Trump said is very evident. Worst leadership and service ever. Citizens deserve better.
These people are rude!! I complained the other day why the lady before me was helped and I wasn't since I've been standing there before her and this Asian guy Tam Lan makes sure his area is closed every time I come in. Tam Lan is very rude!!! They are all rude!! once in a while there is someone to help but the clerks are very rude!! I'm surprised these people have jobs!!!
