Employees at the front desk are nice and helpful, but the managers are a different story. They're arrogant, rude and disrespectful to customers whenever a problem arises or needs to be addressed. Don't try to call the post office because they won't answer and you can't leave a message. It's no wonder USPS is flailing if this is the kind of management that exists.
Have an issue with the community cluster boxes and call several times for the local USPS office and the 800 number. Couldn’t talk to a real person and was hung up on at every call. Simply put, terrible customer experience.
Would it be possible to train the mail delivery persons to close the mailboxes after they have delivered mail? Every day our mailbox is left open. It really isnt that hard of a procedure to learn.
hope this gets to someone at post office...our mailbox was destroyed yesterday and was wondering if they can hold mail for us until rerpaired.....address is 5706 thunderbird lago vista tx 78645....tried to call but guess bad roads are keeping folks at post office home...thanx for any help
I had mail to be picked up. Flag up. Mail carrier blew by without stopping. i get it that there may not be mail to drop off, but allow your carriers to be able to drive slow enough to see that mail is waiting to be picked up and going....not just skidding to a drop and accelerating to continue on....throwing pebbles in their wake.
Since my last post (review) I have not received ANY mail at my address. I also can not find a "contact" area other than to give reviews....so here I am. Mail needs to be run. Even junk mail deserves to be put in file 13. Thank you.

Our mail was neither picked up nor delivered today. We've had the flag up and two letters inside the box since last night. Just want to know if the postman is still out making rounds, we got skipped today or the wrong address received our mail? Thank you

It rained all day Saturday 3/4/17. We have been waiting for a package of books ( the old fashioned ones, you know, the ones made of paper). The postal employee "walked under our carport" and leaned the package against our gate in the rain. They could have taken 10 more steps and put it under our covered porch. THERE ARE NO EXCUSES ! This is either incompetence or bad behavior !
The service at this branch is disappointing. The staff are polite but the wait is unacceptable. Even when the line is to the door (more than 8-10 people), a second window is never opened. If there are no staff to spare, then the postmaster should come out and help. That's what good supervision is about. Customer service is #1 in most businesses; seems to be unimportant to this branch.
