We have been receiving mail and packages that are not addressed to us. We also have not received a few of our items and it is getting very frustrating. Can someone please contact me so we can figure out what is going wrong.

Ref: tracking Package #9374889927222281652448 A very essential medication was shipped From Express Scripts to me on Dec.10, arrived at a facility in Coppell TX distribution center on Dec 23. On Dec. 24 it arrived in the Lake Dallas USPS facility where according to the tracker is still sitting. I need this medicationASAP. Please advise as to disposition! I recently moved to Lake Dallas and I am supposed to bring in my lease for my new home to get a mailbox in my community. I work Monday through Friday from 9 to 6 in Carrollton. There are no Saturday hours so I am unable to retrieve my mail. This poses quite a problem for me considering all my utility bills are being mailed to my physical address. How do you propose I get this issue resolved?
