I am absolutely pissed. I received a mail attempt notice on my phone at 1:01 pm today saying access was not available. I was outside at that time and no truck came down my street. 30 min later I stopped a carrier who who was on the next street and asked if they were trying to file deliver a package and she said no. They simply didn’t even attempt I have open drive straight to my house with a large carport and a front porch. I have been waiting all morning outside for package because it was a birthday present for a party this evening. How can we resolve this. I don’t have a re delivery number because they never came down to deliver package they simply lied. I hate dishonest people.

We have been complaining for a year about our mail delivery so you cant blame it on Covid. We have a business downtown within two blocks of the Post Office and CAN NOT get our mail before 5 pm, We cant get it before 7 pm on Monday's. We got a notification that a mail attempt was made at 8:00 pm last night and if there is a Holiday in the week, its worse.
