We were expecting some medicine from OptuxRX and called the Freedom station on 8-24-2023 in Lubbock because our tracking said it was there. We spoke to David there and he said “oh yes it is here for you to pick up”. We advised David that we needed it delivered to our house and he advised us that it would be delivered the next day 8-25-2023. Its 8-25-2023 and we still have not received my medication. We called David back on 8-25-2023 and asked him where my box of medicine was since he said it would be delivered to me on 8-25-2023. He said “oh it’s here for you to pick up”. We then told him that he told us yesterday that he would get it delivered to us today 8-25-2023. He then said well it will be delivered tomorrow 8-26-2023. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from David at the Freedom post office in Lubbock Texas. THIS WAS MEDICINE THAT I NEEDED!

I get returned mail that is suppose to go back to a collection company. My little brother sent me a Christmas card it kept being returned to him. Had the correcta address every time.Got it the end of January. It's doing it again now, I need to sign document it's gone back 2x.

Nothing to complain about. In one case (over 20 years), an article of mail was mis-delivered to a business, who then gave it back to the carrier the next day and it was delivered to me that evening. Too bad that only those who had problems take time to write reviews.

This is a bad post office. I have had so many issues with the mail carrier and post office. Two days I sat outside my home waiting for mail. Both days I had the post office int he phone because for three weeks I didn’t get an ounce of mail. Guy in the phone says he called the carrier and that he delivered mail and I’m like no he didn’t I’m sitting outside and he never stoped. Signed up for informed delivery. Says I got mail. Carrier never brings. I have packages getting sent to post office box here at freedom. Several alerts saying package arrived. Post office claims they never got my items. Yet tracking proves it was delivered to freedom station. I think this post office needs to be investigated. For all we know it’s everyone working together taking people’s mail and packages. Which they know it’s a federal offense. Yet I guess when you come to this side of town you will always be surrounded by vultures. People who will always pick evil no matter what. It’s sad. And I wonder how long this post office has been getting away with their little mail taking ring

My mail man, NEVER DELIVERS THE PACKAGES TO THE RIGHT HOUSE!!!!! THIS IS ANOUT THE 10th time this year!!!

Carrier keeps leaving our gate open and our dogs get out. Multiple complaints to post office that covers our route accomplishes nothing!

...I put some outgoing mail in my box and for 3 days it has not been picked up. They are stamped and the flag was up each time. I put my flag up but sometimes the wind blows it partially down but never all the way down (I fixed it so it wouldn't go all the way down because I can't change the wind). Since the flag is still partially up can't the carrier at least check to see if I have outgoing mail? When I pick up my delivered mail I always put the flag all the way down. ... Also he/she has got into the annoying habit of leaving the mailbox door open. One day I picked up mail that was sopping wet simply because he/she did not bother to close the mailbox door/lid. He/she leaves my neighbors box open as well. Maybe I have a new carrier or something because this has only been happening in the past couple months or so....

I recently had a fire loss at my home. I requested that the mail be stopped on 5-19-17. For the second time, I picked up mail in the box at my home. I went back to the post office & advised the clerk of the issue. She asked if I had completed the yellow form to stop the mail & I advised yes. I asked if I should take the box off of my home & she replied no. She wrote down my address & went to the back of the building for an extended period of time. She returned with mail & stated, "I put a note to not to deliver mail to your address". Due to mail beinging delivered to my home twice after the completion of the stop order & the lack of any concern or apology for the errors, I have removed the box from my home. Hopefully, this will result in any mail being returned to the post office.
