Get hung up on every time I try to call, mail lady refusing to deliver my Amazon order because in her words “it’s too big and I’m not carrying it.” The fact that i have medical issues and no vehicle due to an accident and im getting a refusal of delivery of my packages because they’re “too big” is bull. Something needs to be done now. It’s been 3 days since my first order was supposed to be delivered and I have orders coming in tomorrow Wednesday and Thursday as well that if not delivered im going to be unhappy about.
I like at Ranchland Apartments. I was wondering when mail would be delivered here. Mail person has not delivered any mail to our boxes since Monday, 23 May 22. It is now 26 May 22. I have items being tracked, that were at you facility at Airpark station since 21 May 22.

yesterday. It was tracked as hand delivered. I have case number. But the tracking info is 9361289689090233575681. A mail carrier just handed a package to a random person. That is plain and simple theft. I have a concern you have a post worker that is going to enjoy a camera bag. Package should have been brought back to post office and marked as undeliverable. The camera arriving today better not come up missing. That will be a felony. I don't mind pressing charges.
Have a new box for mail today BUT NO KEY 🔑. I'm expecting mail and I can't get it!!! CSI customer service is Zero!!! Why didn't we know about this? Where do I get a key? Not happy at all! Poor service!
