Postal Locations

I dropped bills off in the outgoing slot of the cluster mailboxes. After two weeks and my payment still have not arrived, I called the Post office, and at that point, they decided to pick up the outgoing mail. But I had to pay my house not online because it was due. So now my mortgage company received the payment I mailed and they cashed it. so now I have payed my mortgage twice. Thanks for nothing!

I put a 30 day hold on mail and they held long past that date and then Post Master yelled at me because there is 30 day limit on holds. I have verification of scheduled hold dates, she did not care and as simply rude and abrasive even though they messed up a simple service most postal offices could manage. NOT the first time they have made mistakes, damaged, mail, sent properly addressed mail back to send, and never have they said sorry we made a mistake - protocol is to belittle and berate customers.

The lady that I talked to is very mean person even evil not Christian she keeps denial for me to talk to a supervisor. I have cancer stage 4 plus have to use oxygen. They are not human or sensitive to other people they should be fire. And I have to be driving.

new business has no mailbox, for a month we go to the post office and are told we will be called, in beg to get our mail at legends hair salon, 312 john a butler, for a month! no mail or access! this is wrong, wil keep calling untill we have a mail place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
