Mail was not delivered today but I have where I can see what is being delivered and I had 2 packages that were to be delivered and they show to have been delivered but I never received them. This is not the first time we have not received our mail on a monday but to show something has been delivered but hasnt been, that is lieing
Grateful to Ms. Lisa and Mr. William for going the extra mile to make sure the package was delivered. After spending extra funds to make sure it was delivered timely. They went above the call of duty to get it done and NOT just looking at a website saying " business closed". My husband was waiting on his package . Thanks again Ms. Lisa and Mr. William!!! Great Customer Service.
I haven't been getting my mail at the address where I'm staying at and everytime I try to track my mail. It saids invalid address.. this my address 2639 north roundup Odessa tx 79763
I have been living at a brand new address since oct, it is a new address at a new Rv park. My mail lady does not come to this address regularly if fact she’s says that if she doesn’t have any mail to drop off she doesn’t even make a trip here we are the last spot on her route but what about the mail placed in the box for pick up! I live on a route 10 miles out of city I do not have a car my mail has to be sent to pay bills!!!! This has been going on since Oct 2020
Horrible horrible customer service!!!! defiantly dealing with people who are NOT thankful for their job! and very obvious they dont like helping white people!!! can tell that by how they talk to the different customers!
