I dropped off an Express mail envelope on February 3rd and there is no information found for the tracking number 9570106590961038296077 There is no information about it having been scanned anywhere could you please see if it is stuck in the mailbox or it if it's located someplace in your post office? It was a very important letter which is why I spent $26 just send it express mail Jama Reed

Robert, the Supervisor is extremely rude.

The post office located on Spencer Hwy, Delbert Atkinson, has an issue with picking up packages. I wish they would communicate with carriers to at least let them know there's packages waiting, or if the sub-carrier is simply too lazy, find someone else. Customers are getting tired of the no-pick-up as promised.
