I ordered my mail held and it should have been delivered on 11/28. It did not arrive on 11/28 or 11/29. I live a long way from the Plano, TX. post office and it's very inconvenient for me to go there. There are important documents in that mail.

There is a postal box on my company property outside, 1105 W. 15th street, Plano 75075. The box is so full that mail is hanging out of the container - I do not think the box has been emptied at 5:00 PM the past couple of days. I thought a carrier would want to come by and empty the box ASAP. I tried calling but no one was available to answer.

February 16, 2021 You charged my card even after my PO BOX 262037, at 3400 Coit Rd Post Office was closed. Since I am abroad a niece of mine Sonia Engen, with an authorization letter from me, closed my Box on Feb 11 personally at your office. In spite of all you charged my credit card on FEB 15. I do not need a PO BOX anymore. I want a refund for the 59 dollars that you charged on my card. Blanca Sagarna

I can never get an answer when ever I call.! Also after you have been on hold or place in line for more than 10 minutes it’s not the local office that gives you a call back. Horrible customer service

We paid rush delivery to the Postal office to receive my baby passport before april 8th since we had to travel overseas. They charged us about 60 dlls. By april 4th we called the usps and they said that there was a problem, the address was wrong and they could not deliver. After or 4 trips to the usps in coit they found our package. the address was correct but the package had a note from the mailman that he tried to deliver on march 23rd and that we didn't lived there (been there more tan 8 years, and we has received the notice that the passport was on the way so...) he probably went to another house wouldn't be the first time. Then I called and asked for a refund for the rush delivery service since we had to cancel our trip, and a very rude "supervisor" named Michael said there wouldn't be any refund because the mailman as a courtesy knock on our door and we refused the passport, seriously???, they why to pay for it???, its totally stupid. When I told him that he said that he checked the mailman GPS..?.... and he could see that he did go to the right house (seriously???), that idiot doesn't know we have cameras installed and no mailman got even to our driveway, but usps of course don't want to give money back and he said there was nothing he could do or me and closed the case and hang the phone. Big mistake to use these incompetent liars.

Is it a new thing now that large packages are just dropped out in the middle of the sidewalk near the mailbox, rather than being left on the front porch? Estates of Preston Ridge mailman needs a refresher course in mail delivery.
