Have a complaint. We're at 3801 E Plano Pkwy, Ste 150, Plano 75074. This is an industrial building area and we have mailboxes for the suites. They all have the RED flag to put up if you have outgoing mail. Yet every time we put outgoing mail the postman NEVER takes it. They just put the flag down. They deliver in the box where the outgoing is but NEVER take it. Businesses do sometimes have outgoing mail so I don't understand why the postman doesn't take the mail. Isn't that their JOB? This has happened several times.

My mail was placed on hold from 8/17-8/20. I was expecting it on Monday 8/22 and I have not seen anything 8/23 or 8/24. I currently have Covid or I would have come to pick it up no one answers my phone calls.

Regular mailman is on vacation. Substitute has not picked up mail that has been in our mailbox since the 27th nor has any mail been delivered since the 27th, Mailman walked past our mailbox 2 times today at 2:00pm and again ignored mail to be picked up.

5945 Parker Rd. #212. My address. USPS carrier named "Kenny" is an example of great service. I appreciate what he does and how he does it. Please pass my compliments on to him, as well as his fellow couriers. You have my permission to use my name. Bravo Zulu, well done USPS!

Today, Sat Apr 24 my neighbor was having an open house. There were cars parked in front of my mailbox. The post office employee still delivered my mail even though she had no direct access to the mailbox. Great service. She was not the regular mail carrier who also is great. My home is on Fandango La in Plano My thanks to all.

I was expecting a package today 3-26-21, as I pull up in front of my house and was not blocking the mail box. The mail driver goes pass my house. That was very rude of her.

Ten pieces of our mail were delivered to a house two streets away. Luckily for us, the people who live there let us know so we could pick up our mail. Why was our mail delivered to Kensington Drive when we live in Edinburgh Drive? Is it the sorting facility or is it the Saturday mailman?

4 Valentine’s Day cards were mailed from Grand Prairie and two were received. 50% is failing! The quality of service is basically nonexistent when my regular mailman is not working. More often than not my mail is delivered to a neighbors house. What world do you live in where this output of labor is acceptable?
