When are you going to start delivering the mail to the correct addresses? This is gone beyond being a joke. Does ANYBODY at the post office even care?

Today, 8/17/20 I had mailed a bill and dropped it inside the Post Office in the mail slot. When I'd gotten home, I saw the stamp sitting on the table. At 8:25 I called and spoke to a gentleman who answered the phone and I explained what that I mailed the letter inside the right mail drop slot and had forgotten to put a stamp on it. He looked for it and said he found it and I told him that I'll be there in 15 minutes with a stamp. (I apologize for not getting his name). When I got there, I called and spoke to a woman who I told the details to again and that I was in the lobby... After about 5 minutes, the gentleman spoke to me and I told him that I was in the main lobby. He hung up and I saw him coming thru the door. I thanked him and wanted him to know how much I appreciated all the effort he put into making my day. I know the Postal Service gets 'beaten' up with complaints, etc... but I'd like to recognize this individual as someone who is caring and followed thru on what he promised he'd do. Not only that, he saved me a lot of headaches in terms of possible late fees (as that piece of mail would of came back to me with insufficient postage). Thanks once again and wish you and everyone else a great day and rest of the week! thanks again! -jim

Sent in form to have mail forwarded starting April 4th. Still not being forwarded on May 10. Went to Wildcat Station because they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. EVER. Talked with a manager. She said that the mailperson might not know. C'mon. The mail person at the forwarded address knows. Gave her all the info again. Put a message IN THE MAILBOX that is just being ignored. A week later still not resolved.

Unbelievably bad service in so many ways. Every one of them should be fired yet, they sit, fat, dumb and happy, waiting for their big fat retirement checks. F U Customers! I'm getting PAID!!! Forget trying to CALL THEM. They seem to have a hard time getting their fat asses out of the chair to answer the phone. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE DAY I READ THE USPS IS OUT OF BUSINESS in the news.

Yes I cant wait till the PO goes out of business so I can pay $15 to send a letter to the IRS from ups or fed ex. Stamps are a freigin 50 cents for a letter. What does the competitors charge you to send a letter? Go up there in person to speak to someone.

The city is replacing a slab of concrete on the street outside my house. I have not received mail since the city started their work. Is this the normal way the post office services their. Customers?

So the city basically blocks your box and it's the post office fault? Why didn't the city put up a temporary box where the carrier could get to it?

If the Postal workers do not do their jobs, it is certainly their fault. The mailbox is still available, but a postal worker would have to get out of their vehicle to deliver. They are supposed to get out and deliver the mail when “safe.” I do not live on a busy street; it is safe for any reasonable adult to get out and walk a few steps to the mailbox. For anyone to believe this type of behavior is acceptable from someone “on the job” is ridiculous!

And I don't think the city shouldn't make a resonable effort to supply you and everyone else with a temerary box. If they keep the carrier from say 25 to 50 boxes than that take extra time. Say w5 to 50 extara min. to park their vehicle properly and safely and walk out those boxes. It is the city's responsibility to make every effort to supply a box the letter carrier to get to and deliver you mail but not happening to dismount. I just think you're blaming the wrong person. A vehicle blocks a fire truck from getting to your house when it is burning. You blame the Furman for not getting out of the truck and running to your house, or the person blocking the fire truck?

I was at your station today, while waiting in line, a black woman was standing behind me. A black female clerk waited on her, she needed one stamp and had her dollar in her hand. The clerk gave her the stamp and did NOT collect payment. As a white woman, she would have charged me double if she could. The black people say whites are racist, but I think it is the other way around

I am so disappointed in this substation and the postmaster of this station. Our mail is consistently delivered to another address. Yesterday it was delivered to the same house number on a different street as well as their mail. I called the station and the postmaster was just plain RUDE!!!!! She was also full of excuses. While the mail carrier may be new, there are set procedures that must be followed when delivering the mail.

Absolutely frustrated that USPS doesn't complete the Redelivery (Form 3849). I understand it's easier to leave packages in the apartment complex office then attempting personal delivery. However, if you leave a form, at least complete the basic information instead of a blank form. Also, when I do pay extra for expedited shipping, I expect an attempt of personal delivery made. Instead you put it in the receptacle or leave it at the office. Now it is a Saturday afternoon. The office is closed and I cannot get my package until after work Monday. Had the carrier been UPS or FedEx, it would be in my hands now...guaranteed!!!
