I have had several packages delivered in the last few weeks and they have been opened and well and seen dropped at my front door. Fragile packages being dropped and packages already opened.....Yesterday I received a "package" that was opened without anything inside. I was home when these were delivered so no excuses on them possibly being stolen. Whatever has changed within the last 3 weeks needs to be fixed and my package needs to be found whomevers hands in magically ended up in.
I moved from Fort Worth in March. I have been enrolled in the Informed Delivery program since it began. In Fort Worth the items shown in the informed delivery as being scanned that morning were delivered THAT day. In San Angelo what was scanned one day can take 2 or 3 to be delivered. Weird that Fort Wirth can deliver that day but a town much smaller can’t.
This place is the absolute worst. I dread ever having to deal with them. I’ve had so many issues with my packages either not being delivered or put in the wrong parcel box. And they recently put my moms package in a parcel box at her address but didn’t put the key in her box and couldn’t even locate the key in other boxes. I work 6AM-6PM Mon-Fri with a short lunch break which is my one chance to eat food in 12 hours. I do not have time to come to the office to pick up a package that a LAZY delivery driver wouldn’t put in a parcel locker or bring to my porch like he was supposed to. Instead he claimed there was “no access to delivery location”. This was on a Saturday and their office is closed (not that they ever answer the phone anyway) so I had no way to contact anyone, but it told me they would attempt delivery again on the next business day. Well what do you know, Monday came and went and my package was never delivered. I can’t come up and get the package so is it just supposed to get sent back because the driver was too lazy? This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues just like this. They’re horrible, lazy, rude and unprofessional. Good luck if you have to deal with them.
We were there to apply for a new passport and the lady that helped up her name is IRMA was the rudest person ever!! It was my nephews first time to apply for one and she was just horrible!!
Yesterday we received our next door neighbors mail and he had received the mail for the next house over. I was not able to check with my other neighbor as their lights were out when I got home. I tried calling to let the post office know what had happened but no one answered. I called the 800 number but that was not helpful either.
I was trying to use the self-serve kiosk, and the lady working by it was extremely rude. She kept insisting I needed help despite me telling her multiple times that I was fine and was not having trouble. The whole time I was using the kiosk, she kept hovering and was speaking to her friend who had also come in to use the kiosk. Apparently, I wasn't going fast enough for her and her friend, so she actually pushed me out of the way and started pushing buttons on the kiosk for me! I couldn't believe it and was too shocked to do anything about it in the moment. She said she was filling in from out of town, and I hope she never does again because that was the rudest customer service experience I've ever had. Someone needs to tell her to back off when a customer says they don't need help, and that doing it for them without their consent is NOT helpful! I use this location because it's the closest one to me, but I won't be doing that again. It's worth the longer drive just to avoid her.
