been trying for the past hour to speak with someone regarding My package, and no one answers the phone. The USPS contact center isn't much support because they cant even send and email or call in 2022. I have called to both locations and no answer

Why even ask a question if questions are being ignored. I just wanted to know to do a change of address is there a charge in case anybody out there is answering questions

This is the sixth time my mail has been left on a post of a wheelchair ramp next to the sidewalk. I thought it was against the law to leave mail out in the open. The mailbox is on the front porch and ll he has to do is walk up the ramp and put the mail in the box. When I’ve tried calling the Hackberry post office, the phone rings 30 times but no one ever answers.

Why does no one ever answer the phone when inquiring about mail during business hours?
