That is the worst PO I've ever had in 61 years. They dropped the cremains of my parents in amount some trees 150' away from the kitchen door, which was easily accessible. Now, I need to get a certified letter and they cannot even deliver it. Sorry, but I'm tired. You guys stink!

Our mail has been returned all this week. Important to us but not to the post office. I called and spoke with Mr. Jasso and he was not helpful or sorry about our situation. His excuse was someone retired and had to fill that position with different people and doesn't know who is at fault. Our elderly residents are scared to be evicted since their checks were mailed but sent back to the bank. We all have responsibilities running a business and having a poor excuse or no sympthy on the urgency on this matter should seek employment somewhere else. Not a government agency.
