The mail carrier chose to vacate my mail box. The mail box was not full, she chose to empty it, leave the box open and put a notice that box was vacated. I called the USPS central line, let them know and they put in a hold mail notice, I went to post office today and there is nothing there doe me. This mail carrier chose to have all of my main returned. I’m not sure ho she is other than they said a “seasoned mail carrier. I have lived at this assess and my scheduled has not changed, the box was completely emptied 5 days before she chose to vacate the box. She had not seen a change of address, nothing from the complex, so it’s her word that the box was full, when in fact it had been emptied. I did not put in a change of address! The post office should stop delivering the junk mail that is useless if it is filling up mail boxes. Possibly it is time for this Seasoned mail person to retire, and stop making personal choices for people’s mail!

I’m upset that the drop off boxes outside the Post Office have been changed to force a person to step out of the vehicle to open a small slot to put the mail in the box. I’m handicapped and unable to drop off my mail at this site any longer. It was bad enough when you took away one box and only had two which were too full to leave any mail on the weekends, but this is ridiculous. “Americans with disability act”is not met at this Post Office.

I am not receiving my packages. Two on Dec. 20 (9400109206094555806 and 9405508205498449). The latest is Jan. 7 (92748963438813543406238251). All of these said delivered. They were not. Please investigate these. I cannot continue to spend my hard earned money and not get delivered what I paid for. Thank you.

Lockhill Post Office is grossly under managed and such mismanagement causes postal carries and staff to fail at upholding federal postal requirements and laws. I have witnessed carriers discard undeliverable mail in the trash bin and have seen staff berate and gaslight elderly customers to the point of tears. My personal experience is typical of this post office’s reputation. After not receiving consistent mailings since February of 2021. In September of 2021, I filed a complaint with the postmaster general. I was contacted by a postal worker that my mail is my problem and that if I want to track it myself, I could apply for a job there. My tracking numbers show "delivered in/at mailbox." Now, how can a pair of shoes, from Amazon, fit in a 3"x5" small mailbox? My packages simply disappear. I drove to the post office and was confronted by another worker who located mail several “lost” amazon boxes, letters, bills, and spam mailers. The dates spanned eights months! Imagine, little to no mail for EIGHT MONTHS! My health insurance cards, easter cards, bonus checks from eBates, and some birthday cards from August. Since that day in September, I have not received one single piece of parcel or mail in my mailbox. I purchased a PO Box and have spent days updating my address to dozens of businesses in hopes of recovering my mail. As embarrassing as it may be, I have found myself stressing and crying at home over this just like the elderly customers did at Lockhill Post Office. I continue to be patronized each time I visit the brick-and-mortar location and the staff has hung up on me several times over. No follow ups from management has ever occurred. (210) 493-9257 I've called their number while in line and watched the postal workers pick up the receiver and hang it up then laugh. I have video recordings of this happening as well... Do better.

You can call a million times and phone will still not be picked up. Terrible trying to get a hold of them.

The package boxes are not secure, as some of them don't lock, in the unit at the Reserve at Deerfield off Bitters Road.

As years go by the US Postal system becomes less and less reliable. Currently we have the worst delivery I can remember in my 60 plus years. Expecting a piece of art that never came I contacted the gallery owner who sent a tracking number that stated the parcel had been delivered to a parcel locker. We never received notice of this. Trying to get someone at the area post office to answer the phone so I could make further arrangements to pick up the parcel was futile. The phone would ring and ring and eventually would disconnect me. I tried multiple times. No real business would survive with these kinds of practices.

On 11/08/2018, the mail carrier stuffed a package into my mailbox. The package was too big for the mailbox. By stuffing the package into the mailbox, it wrinkled up the other mail in the box & jammed the lock to the box so that it took me 15 minutes to "jimmy" the door open. The mail carrier should have left the package on my front porch door step. This is the second time this has happened but I did not file a complaint the first time. My address is 11001 Wurzbach Rd, unit 104, San Antonio, TX 78230. Please don't let this happen again.
