This post office is supposed to be open until 5:30pm on Friday May 10, 2024; however, despite calling two telephone numbers at approximately 4:15pm to 4:30 pm, no one at the Serna post office answered the telephone when I called. This post office should be shut down, and the workers - fired.

I filed a formal complaint about the postal worker or workers who deliver my prescription packages to other people, and than mark the package delivered to me. This was after about 2.5 years of these incidents. I promptly received an email response stating Louis Diaz marked the complaint as resolved. Today, May 10, 2024, the postal person once again, delivered my prescription package to one of my neighbors. I at high risk for things like a stroke, and for some reason, the postal workers do not take time to ensure I receive my critical medication. I am filing another formal complaint, and considering a lawsuit based on this situation.

If you do not get killed crossing over on Austin Highway to get to this post office, consider yourself lucky!!!!

Doesn't open on time. One counter person working 10 customers. All the laughs in the back make it hard to believe you are doing this job correctly. Fire yourself. Give us new management. Epic fail ! And don't raise the price of stamps to make up for your failure.
