Postal carrier not being honest about delivery of mail! I have complained several times about various postal carriers not delivering our mail daily, not picking up our mail daily and lying about attempted delivery. Post office does not answer their phone for me to put in a complaint! Where is the manager of the post office to get this office into better customer service shape! Can you please get it together for god sake!
I am frustrated to the max. I have been waiting for a letter and found out today that it was a registered letter. I never received a notice of failed delivery. And when I try to call the Post Office to ask for a redelivery of letter since I a home bound, the call gets transsferred to The Operator who ever picks up and the call is dropped. It is no wonder they are loosinb money if they can't give good service.
Carrier who is assigned to the westwood plaza apartments, left my mail box open, there's nothing broken with the mail box, mail was returned to sender, I lost Mail for seven working days since February 15 2022 am requesting a review.
My family and I just moved on this side of town and my mailbox was broken. They have possession of the keys but say my NON EXISTENT HOA is supposed to fix it. Ive been having to pick up my mail weekly for the past three months because they refuse to do their job and do diligence. Not fair to me that someone else decided to brake something before my move in- I cant get my mail as a normal citizen of the United States. SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I also spoke to the manager of this location and asked her to continue to drop my mail by my front door as they where because pf my work schedule. She told me yes that was ok yet still did whatever she wanted to do for whatever reason. I have the phone call recorded. Now they wont answer the phone at all.. I’ll be there tomorrow. Hopefully all my packages are there and not lost as well.
I left something in the mailbox to go out and it was never picked up. I think they deliver my mail every other day I don't know what the heck is going on
I was curious to know what steps do I take if I mailed a birthday card to my sister on Monday, 8/24/20, with a check in the card, & she tells me, she has not received the card as of yet. What action can I take, to see where the card is???
We went up there to get our mail box keys for our new apartment and they gave us the wrong keys we been trying to call them because we have important stuff in the mail we need and they don't answer their phone
I have a lot of missing mail I have the informed delivery app for nothing I was expecting my SS card showed I was getting it never came went to the post office they said to wait I have waited for more then a week and never got my SS card and they don't know where it is so now I have a SS card in someone else's is hand this Post office is very unprofessional
The Valley Hi postal site has been an issue for decades, and I have lived here for decades.
Currently, I am not receiving the daily mail the system notifies me that I should be receiving, and for 2 days, my letter has been in my curb side box waiting to be picked up. The flag is up, and there are no obstructions of any kind. I watch the delivery van drive by and not stop. ? ? ?
On June 25, 2018, I had a discussion with the post office clerk of the office located in Valley Hi, 5510 Sw Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78227-9998, because it is the second occasion that discriminates me for speaking Spanish, she I pointed out that I had to pay an envelope that was empty and I did not use it but in a brusque and silent way, I paid the unusable envelope but since I was angry I went and took a new envelope and left the post office.
The Clerk, came out behind me, shouted at me trying to open the door of my car, stop me and stop my car
I continued driving and I left the place, so she decided not to send my certified letter, I paid 100% for the service and she disappeared my letter, it was already 10 days and the letter never arrived in NM, the Albuquerque office says that the letter never left the Valley Hi office.
I recognize that I made the mistake of taking the envelope but I am only a client of that office for more than 5A but she who works in the post office, receives a salary and she does not have the right to break, disappear or delay any paid service .
I went and paid the envelope of the problem. My letter the Clerk hid, broke or disappeared, in 5A never discussed with anyone and never happened this, she did it because she is a spiteful person and lack of professionalism, education, kindness and decency to work in a post office, a person aggressive and domineering as she can not work with the public.
We will never go to that Valley HI office where people are discriminated by their language , its color and gender!
My Delivery man, Today is a Lazy no good ass, I was expecting a package, that I knew was coming, and I watched him drive away, I went to the PO Box and what do you know, Have to drive to the PO to get my package, Lady who waited on me said the lazy ass is a 30 year employee, he lied to her, said He knocked on my door, Well he sure as hell didn't the lazy ass drove away. I told her he is a liar, and to tell him I'm pissed, he had Truck's route today, I think an apology from the Lazy ass is in order, But I know it wouldn't happen, and not a damn thing will happen to him...Sorry ass needs to retire, if he can't deliver the mail, like he's paid to do...I will make damn sure Truck knows what he did too...Still pissed...Was scheduled for delivery yesterday a day late to boot...Mad as hell Thank you very Much for nothing asshole....who ever you are...get out, go home if you can't perform....ass Hole.......
Called continuously for 1/2 hour. Recording came on that I was being transferred to operator or next available representative. When it rang it would connect and then give me a busy signal every time ! I was dialing 210-674-5977.
