do you have to wrap your package for mailing in brown paper or can you stick it in a box & tape it with a label? Do you carry boxes for mailing? What sizes?
I started a subscription for USA Today in Feb this year, and since then I have not had a full week's delivery on time. I understand that sometimes the paper may be late, but there have been many weeks where I haven't even received 5 copies for Mon-Fri. Is there a problem that I should know about so I can stop delivery? I hate to pay for 5 papers a week when I only receive 3-4 most times. Please look into this for me. I can provide my address if you request it through email.
I forgot to add a RMA number for a return product when I dropped it off at the post office today. I called and Jasmine helped track it down, found it and added the number for me. On a day when nothing seemed to go right, Jasmine was so helpful, kind and understanding. I have to admit, when I picked up the phone I thought it was a long shot - I was wrong. THANK YOU JASMINE!
