Jennifer (“Jen”), the young red-haired lady who works behind the counter in the morning is one of the most helpful persons I’ve ever met in my life. No matter what I have to ship she’s always offering suggestions and advice on how to do it faster, cheaper or more efficiently. And she’s always so pleasant and friendly. She’s a real credit to this facility.
I wanted to write to complain again about the USPS delivery in Tolar Texas. Once again, my deliveries, that are labeled 920 Riley Ln Tolar, Texas 76476, have been delivered to the wrong address. I know it’s the wrong address because I do not have possession of them. The location of delivery is a huge shop, most likely the largest in Tolar zip code but USPS driver can’t seem to find it. There’s likely an excuse, “well, we don’t deliver there because that address doesn’t exist”. Well maybe someone needs to tell 911 National Address Database, because that is the address they have assigned us here! I am going to continue to order items to be sent here at:

and once it reaches a dollar amount I deem necessary, I will get my attorney to file theft charges in the USPS for incompetence. It’s a small town and no reason why deliveries can’t be made to this address by a delivery driver. UPS, fedex, and countless other delivery companies have no problem whatsoever getting our packages to us, it’s just the government ran USPS, imagine that!
