i live on cole st here in wichita falls for the last month or more who ever is delivering the mail keeps leaving the mail on the wrong mail boxes me and my neighbors are kind of tired of delivering our own mail to each other can you teach this people how to read numbers and I know this is going to make them angry but the truth needs to be told

I would like to file a complaint against whomever the mail carrier was on Avenue E on February 13, 2023. The carrier put my letter mail in my box, but sent a pkg I was supposed to receive (as per my informed delivery) back to the sender stating "no such address" as the reason. How to I file a formal complaint?

These people are absolute scumbags. Here is a little secret to all of the customers waiting on packages that have not been delivered: they wont be. From the post office operations manager to the highly incompetent and leadership challenged PoSt mASTer of Wichita Falls along with her say anything to be promoted station manager at Bridgecreek, these people lie. Your parcels were scanned “delivered, attempted or returned” but not physically, only by direction of these managers so that their performance numbers look good. These three would lie on their mothers before taking any sort of accountability. Do not blame the middle employee’s or letter carrier, they do their best everyday to deliver to the public they serve. The blame rests in the void of leadership on these three. Absolute joke of a “leadership” team. If you don’t believe it, check it out for yourself. They lie for a career and it doesn’t stop there. That is just a standard evening and morning for those managers.

I posted a letter in a mail box outside the vehicle registration office and I drove by later that day and the entire mailbox was gone - can I ensure the letter will get posted?

This message is for the Postmaster of Wichita Falls, Texas. I had a very difficult situation that required my wife and I to move 2X in one week in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We had mail coming in from California and then to the Roanoke post office on Byron Nelson Blvd. We did not employ the correct form PS3648 Our mail was going to be re-routed back to California and then through 2 other mail locations. Enter, Christina Finley, Postmaster at Roanoke. She was extremely helpful and took on the job of helping my wife and I get our mail to the appropriate home. I just wanted to acknowledge her for her fine customer service and kindness. It is folks like Christina that make all the difference in the world. Just wanted you to know! Blessings, jc

I have lived here 2 years at 208D East Wichita street.not getting my mail

Our neighborhood, Windchime Estates, has had considerable problems with mail put in wrong boxes and packages left at wrong front doors. Just in the last two weeks I have personally experienced a package left at my door not addressed to me. Yesterday a neighbor brought me a package wrongly put in their mailbox. Today I had to deliver a package put in my mailbox addressed to another. Further, a day ago Amazon sent a package and the mail person searched the truck and could not find one - however a couple hours later Amazon said it was delivered in my mailbox. I checked and sure enough someone delivered it. Today Amazon shows a package out for delivery and the mailman could not find it on his truck although his iPad showed it was. I'm hoping it mysteriously shows up. I think Amazon needs to stop using the USPS so we can count on receiving orders as guaranteed. If you can train your employees to read addresses correctly our entire neighborhood will greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

I have lived at 1608 Polk St since July 1992 and have never had problems with mail until recently. My husband passed away in May 19 and 1st problem was an insurance check was never delivered along with mail that day. Now on 28 Nov 19 I had a check from the Air Force for retired pay due for May. I didn't receive mail that day. I also had important information from the social security along with other important mail. I addressed this problem with Morningside and they seem to have an I don't care attitude. Well, being a widow checks for approximately $1000 each are a big thing to me. The insurance check with an easy fix, but the government check will not be an easy fix. It took me from July to Oct to get that check. Morningside seems to not like the informed delivery notice. I have been using that service for over a year and it is 99.9% correct. To help solve the question of whether this is a postal issue or thief problem I invested in a lock mailbox for my home. FYI my daughter who lives at 1610 Polk has also had the same issue of mail with monetary value not being delivered.

Good morning there was no mail delivery yesterday , I was at home and didn't see no mail carrier in my area , because I should have gotten mail yesterday but didn't, , I live on Talunar Ln .
