I just had a delivery person throw my package from about 10 feet away against my door. When I told her she could just set it on the porch she was immediately defensive, combative, sarcastic, and rude. I called the post office 3 times and it rang for a little while then hung up. No wonder she felt she could be so belligerent. All I was looking for was "ok, sorry."

I have Ring doorbell video of the mailman delivering a fragile package to my door step by throwing it from the driveway 20 feet away, which broke some of the contents. Trying to report this through an automated phone system is ridiculous. You can't ever speak to an actual human. There is no follow up. Why this employee is too lazy to walk up the walkway and porch steps to leave the package on the porch is beyond me. Amazon and UPS don't deliver packages by throwing them onto the porch from a distance. Very poor service!!!!

I had a pleasant interaction with the Ben Lomond post office today, two different mail carriers, and a gentleman that answered the phone at the PO. We didn't yet have a key to locker for package that was delivered. They found it and personally delivered it. Great service!

This Is becoming ridiculous. If I get my mail it's all been opened and then items are missing from my parcel and I have been tracking an order going on 2weeks and it was shipped UPS but some how USPS intercepted in Ogden 5days ago and still have not received it! This is something the government needs to get on but since our government is to busy tweeting America is doomed starts with mail then trucks. Trains stop then bam another city wiped out cause no is responding.

Mail delivery is once a week on Monday. Is it possible to have mail delivered to my mail box 2 times a week or even every week day? I see the mail truck in front of the boxes every day but I only receive mail on Monday.

Have not been getting my weekly magazines or they have been late, so I was wondering what is the problem ? Would like my past due magazines delivered. Thank you.
