It is SOO HARD to get someone to answer the dang phone. The carrier picked up a VERY SENSITIVE package that was NOT supposed to be picked up by them, not even a stamp was on it. Now we can't get a hold of anyone to bring it back. FRUSTRATING!!

This morning our postman intentionally threw our fragile package on the ground outside and banged aggressively on the glass door to our office loud enough to interrupt a national meeting of 65 people.

The post office knows that my business is closed on Saturday. They left an expensive package out by the front door for 2 days, when they could have easily re delivered on Monday. Employees are inconsiderate and rude, with no common sense.

I live in an apartment building and the package slot key was left in the wrong mailbox. I called first thing in the morning and a carrier was dispatched to check and correct the error. Grateful for the quick and helpful service.

Yesterday a package was said to have been delivered to my address. Yet nothing was there. This is one of multiple packages that have been said to have been delivered with nothing there. It's getting pretty frustrating.

If I could give my recent (and not yet completed) interaction with the Complaint Department a grade, it would be an "F". I called to complain that my mortgage payment came back to me as undeliverable as addressed after 23 days. I have been using this portion of the bill consistently for the past 10 years, there was postage on the envelope and the address was listed on the bill and the stub to include in the windowed envelope. When I called and asked why, (since this now included a late charge from the mortgage company and a stop payment for the check they hadn't received) I was asked to provide all the documentation I had so they could investigate this problem. I was informed the late charge and stop payment were not their responsibility ($60) and I would need to fight it out with the bank and the mortgage company. I finally got a response I would be informed with any information. I never heard back and the same issue seemed to be occurring again this month. After again asking about what the problem was and letting them know that I thought it was happening again, I was informed that this was a machine error and happening to other Post Office Boxes in Los Angeles. In a rather sarcastic tone, I was told to send my bills via Priority mail. I have sent two additional emails to ask if this was being corrected, if I should expect for my check to be returned to me again as "undeliverable as addressed", if they were correcting this issue at the Post Office, or did I need to put yet another $25 stop payment on this check. I am being ignored and will be sending my complaint to as many people as I can to get this the attention and correction that needs to be done. To say I'm getting disgusted is to put it mildly now.

Good evening, my name is Elena Perepelitsa, I live in Salt Lake City 84111, 339 E 600S apt. 1210 . I'm waiting for the delivery number 9400109699937333151246. An according to tracing, it is written that it delivered in at my box, I looked today it is not. After I shot the tracing and there it is written that the address is wrong and it was returned to the sender. My address is correct and I request that it be returned to me in my postal address. Thanks you very much for help me.

Worst experience ever! I am standing in line with one person working and he has NO sense of urgency! Most frustrating experience I have had. To make matters worse it is an hour before they even close and they pulled the door shut and are not allowing anyone else in behind us. THIS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED!

i understand thre is a post office in the airport. but that is just for conveience right????? if i drove out there this evening, or tomorrow, sunday, and sent something either priority or express mail, then it wudnt make a difference. or wud it actually go OUT that day? i wud pay extra. lol im guessin it wud be a waste of time and money to use this location and that my grandsons present wud sit there until monday.....??????? am i correct? im gonna start a pony express. i think it wud be faster than snail mail and fed ex. and cheaper than ups. ahahhahaahhahahah i bet i cud start a local courier service, and beat everyones prices, and do a better job because i wud stay small. my ponies wud actually be quarter horses. lol anyway plz answer my question in a timely manner. ya right. u guys probaly have never even seen this site. hehe
