Save yourself the trouble of having to deal with this ridiculous postal delivery service and get a P.O. Box. God forbid somebody park by your mailbox (while you’re at work and have no control over it) and the mail person has to get out of their truck and walk 2 steps, because they’ll just straight up stop delivering your mail. And don’t bother trying to call them to get it worked out because they won’t answer the phone. Maybe consider leaving a note on the actual car that parked there or even a warning in the mailbox rather than screw the owner of the home over cuz you had to walk 2 steps to the mailbox one time.

How do I get a PO box from at your office or location I'm moving there next year so I need to know how do I do it do I got to come in person or can I call on the phone or what happens let me know

I received a package last week that was TOTALLY destroyed and the contents had leaked. I watched the mail guy put the sticker on the box saying that the USPS was sorry for the condition. It wouldn't have been destroyed if someone had not stepped on the package. My sister received a package the next day that had been opened. I find it hard to believe that they can honestly justify raising the price of stamps with the service they provide. They should be giving their customers money.

I received a package yesterday (Tue. Feb 8) and it was stuffed into my mailbox. I could NOT get it out so had to go to my truck to get some tools with which I could extract the package. I am very disappointed in this service

Worst service ever!!! They have had 2 packages of mine that were Christmas gifts for loved ones. They have had one since December 13 and the other since December 22 and it is now Christmas Eve and my loved ones are not receiving their gift. The one was my mothers Christmas gift and was told they would be delivered by tonight December 24 and I didn’t receive them. My Christmas is just ruined and I just want to cry. Thanks post office 😢

My carrier doesn't ring or knock to tell me I have a package. Just lost $1000 package with no insurance so I would be getting my money back. Hate west valley carrier.

I can’t believe I even have to write this LOL.... my mail carrier legitimately does not know how to use my mailbox I have gotten mad at her multiple times for not shutting my mailbox due to the fact I have huge checks coming in there also more important things I shouldn’t have to explain that though I feel like it’s common sense so now due to her bitterness she’s leaving notes in my mailbox saying that I need to fix my broken mailbox my mailbox is 110% not broken.... what’s broken is your mail carriers brain... I would hope someone would lose their job over such extreme stupidity. Such a simple job should not require much brain activity it shall be simple to open and close a mailbox if she would like to stop by I can demonstrate.

I have made a complaint about my mailbox being open when mail is delivered and nothing has changed. It is now snowed and all my mail is wet. I’m very frustrated about the situation. Nothing is wrong with my mailbox it latches shut. The mailman needs to make sure he latches the mailbox shut. If this continues I will go higher up

I am looking for answers in an email indicating why a package has been sitting in your facility in west valley city a Utah since October 29. I am trying to track this from the state of Maine and I am in need of you informing me why it is still listed in your facility in Utah and why it has not been delivered. Let me join the chorus of those who’ve had bad experiences with WVC postal service. They seem to do everything wrong, from mistreating customers to messing up the mail service. I’ve lived here since it was just Granger and the mail delivery and customer service just keep getting worse and worse. The postal employees nowadays are simply people who want a high wage and easy job, and their managers are even worse. Use UPS and FedEx. Go paperless with everything else!

I moved out to West Valley 3 years ago from the Holladay area. I have had the WORST service ever! Never get our ads on Tuesday or any other day. The mail doesn’t come until 7pm or 8pm plus we get the wrong mail most of the time and I have to run it down the street to the neighbors. Maybe you should pay me the mail people pay. I always had the best service in Holladay. Maybe you should follow your mail people more often to make sure they deliver the mail and not so late Frustrated

i dont know who to contact, i have outgoing mail sitting in my box for the third day! one time it went wasnt picked up for 4 days and i had to chase down the nail carrier. i oftrn dont receive my local ads and grocery flyers.

West Valley carrier is the worst. We had a female nice lady for years and now we have a rude guy who shows up at all hours of the day and night. Sometimes he delivers twice a day and sometimes we don't see him for days which is horrible when you are expecting something important. Here it is 6:07 pm and I am wondering if he will show up later or not at all, he didn't show up yesterday either. I have tried to call West Valley post office and they never answer their phones. Who do I contact to complain about this place, does anybody know. So unprofessional and unacceptable!!!

West Valley USPS has got to be the most disorganized office in the US. Normally we get our mail early but here it is 5:15 pm and still no mail. Nothing like expecting a doctors diagnoses through the mail as pictured in my app from you, i have been pacing the floor waiting. Get your mail delivery people trained!!

My mail carrier left a very important package in my neighborhood mailbox with the wrong key. We have been trying to reach anyone at the Postal service to help with this matter. We have been given the run-around over, and over, and over... We need our package!

Worst service ever. Long lines, clerks that don’t care. Nasty notes left on cars that park too close to my mailbox on the street. Have tried to contact this office by phone to suspend service and the phone just rings and rings and rings. This is West Valley City 84120 office. This “service” needs to go away.

My mail gets lost every single time. For a few weeks I did not even receive any mail at all. When I spoke to the mail man, he was rude and not helpful at all. I’ve called 15 times in one day seeing if any of my mail was being held; and not one single person answered the phone. VERY poor customer service.

When ever I have a package due it gets to here or SLC and sits and sits! I LIVE IN IDAHO MY MAIL SHOULD NOT EVEN GO TO UTAH unless I order an item from Utah. This happens 9 out of 10 times. Will you please let the person at top that has routed all our mail from Idaho to Utah that for at least the last 3 years it has held up our mail. In these days our mail should be faster NOT slower! I am not the only one unhappy with it- just tired of it THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME! I KNOW IT IS NOT THE CARRIERS FAULT IT IS THIS ROUTING CHANGE.
