No one answers the phone there. I’ve been there 3 times in one week. My medication has been missing for over 2wks. So I’ve missed several doses . I’m experiencing side effects. My birthday package also disappeared into thin air as well. The mail carrier asked me what do I want him to do??! I left that place in tears because there is no sense of care or concern of ppl mail and packages!! But being told there’s nothing you can do about it is messed up. I’m the one suffering a lost at the end of the day!! This place sucks!!👎🏽

Went to drop a box. It was for ups. The employee said loudly "she is drioppingg a UPS, hahah" and they all laughed at me. Not funny for customers or me. Very disrespectful government employees , USPS on Pickett st.

I was supposed to have a package delivered. The tracking number states that it was delivered on the 12th of December however, DHL did some research for me and they stated that the USPS states that they delivered the package to my apartments and left it with the receptionist. This is completely inaccurate because, we don’t have anyone that accepts packages. I have been calling the post office for days and have not been able to get an answer. I know that COVID-19 is causing many issues but, missing packages should not be one of the issues.

Had a women deliver a package today, she is pregnant, not wearing a mask. The package required a signature, why was she not wearing one.

Lately we are getting very late or sometimes no delivery at our address in Alexandria. And when I just tried to call the Lincolnia office, which handles deliveries for our area, there was no answer and then, after many rings, a strange recording that seemed to have nothing to do with USPS or mail delivery.

I am not understanding why we have not received mail in over 2 -3 weeks. Mail is not being delivered in my area of Southland Ave. Arbor Park Homes. We have not even seen a postal person in the area. WTH is going on.

What the hell is going on at that location? Can't your people read addresses? I stopped my mail for two weeks and you all delivered it to my neighbor today. Are your people plain stupid or what? I had my tax information given to someone else. I should sue you all for stupidity. Your people are not delivering mail on Saturdays. At least once a week I get someone else's mail. Put down the damn phone and pay attention to what you are doing. I don't know who is running that location but you have no business doing so. My next letter about the quality of your people will go to the Post Master General. Get it together !

Possibly the worst post office on the East coast. In just a 12 unit section of a townhouse development, there are numerous misdeliveries every week. Bad attitude of a lot of the employees. If they don’t like working for the USPS they should work somewhere else. Moved here 30 years ago and the postal service has been terrible most of that time. No way to complain effectively and I suspect it’s almost impossible to get rid of the dead wood. Just waiting for the day robots take over - hope I live long enough to see it.

This post office suck! When are normal mail carrier is not working the mail is always miss mail. It happens always. Well last night my registration for my car came and it was sitting on top of the mailbox and it was open. Well my next door neighbor informs me that are mail carrier has retired. Well the lady we have now she need to stay working in the office. Take more pride in her work before she goes out to delivery mail to anyone. I am tired of coming home seeing all this mail that either in the incorrect mailboxes or don't even belong to anyone in are building.

NO THEY DON"T ANSWER THE PHONE ! I tried at least 25 times today. They don't answer they don't deliver they don't do anything except walk around talking on their phone. Your correct after our regular guy returned. The morons they have now can't seem to read numbers.
