I visited the Annandale, VA Post Office around 10:45 am on 1/11/2022. The man who waited on me did not have a mask on. I asked him to put one ion and reminded him he is in a Federal building. He refused. Please ensure that all USPS wear masks when waiting on customers. Please reply to me and let me know how you have resolved this violation by this employee.
Our mail carrier on Saturday (Pleasant Ridge neighborhood) was parked on the side of Pence Rd when we approached as we walked our dog around 4pm. She threw her trash on the side of the road before resuming her drive. I couldn't believe she was that rude to litter right in front of us. THEN as I picked up her trash, I realized the cup she threw away contained her urine! Disgusting and uncalled for.
I live on Ridge Rd in Annandale. For the past few days, in spite of terrible weather and walking conditions, our mailman has delivered! What a great guy. I don't know his name but he a fabulous mailman who is a perfect example of excellent postal service. Additionally, the crew at the local PO are always helpful. Kudos to the Annandale team!
I submitted a request for my mail to be forwarded to my new home. Both are in Annandale, 22003. I stopped receiving mail at my old home but am not receiving any mail as my new home and I'm sure I would have gotten something in the last 10 days.
You have delivered products to me by mistake. One is large. I can'find phone number of correct recipient. Why is this so hard for the person who should not have received the packages to let you know? They will sit on my porch until I can find help or go the the intended recipients house and tell them that their big box is on my porch.
Your employee, Francisca Aguirre, was so extremely helpful in a complicated situation involving forwarded mail and me losing my drivers license then it only being delivered through the mail but cannot be forwarded. She truly went out of her way to make sure I could get my license delivered. I can’t thank her enough and wanted to make sure her supervisor realized what a great employee she is. My address is 4542 Talmadge Ct Annandale VA 22003, in my neighborhood we have a postman that delivers the mail all the time to the wrong boxes, we the neighbors at least in my block, exchange our mail ourselves, for example a week ago I received a check from the IRS refunds that belong to my next door neighbor, I gave it to her. This happens all the time, paychecks, bank statements, bills, etc. I used to return the mail to a mail box marked "delivered to the wrong address", but nothing changed. today I am trying again since I ordered a part from Amazon for my car, small circuit board for the electronic shift. The tracking says delivered to customers mail box. It is not there, is lost.
