Postal Locations

No problems until they have subs working or new people. Then my mail doesnt come and sometimes I never get what they "lost". Currently waiting to hear where 2 pieces of mail that were not delivered Monday the 22nd of Nov are. Was told to get informed delivery, then when the mail doesnt show up they tell me informed delivery isnt always accurate............... The mail they lose is always either bills or checks........ I always worry whether or not I will get my mail as this has happened more times than I care to recall.

2/7/20 -- Left a message for manager; carrier failed to deliver today's mail INTO the MAIL SLOT in the door; mail was left on the sidewalk in front of door. Wind is gusting significantly today; fortunately, it is not raining. MAIL WAS NOT SECURE. This service is UNACCEPTABLE. address: 2244 N Nottingham St.

We have had dozens of issues with our mail delivery in the past year and a half. We know when our regular mail carrier is out because our mail either does not get picked up for days or it is delivered to the incorrect floor of our building. Calling the office is hit or miss, they may or may not pick up and they may or may not be able to help if they call the carrier and the carrier doesn't answer their phone. There has to be a better way to send and receive mail in this area. Need better management at the location that delivers to this area.
