I recently called the USPS 800 number (unable to get someone to talk to) and then called our local Berryville post office for information on my undelivered Amazon order(s) with USPS tracking number(s) #9361289721005741746183 and #9361289721005763977275. Although we have received USPS packages without any problem many times, evidently the new postmaster here has decided anything that won't find in my mailbox won't be delivered there, although I did receive several books this week. Why did didn't we receive any notification about this policy change? This "policy" change makes it very difficult for me as I must limit outside contacts as I have several ailments that reduce my immune system and also have mobility issues that make it difficult to go out for errands, My Amazon deliveries have been a godsend during this pandemic. I live in a 55+ senior apartment complex and have not had any previous problems with deliveries. Any suggestions on how to proceed? It would be greatly appreciated. Please reply to my email . Sincerely, Pearl Seafield

I moved to an apartment community here in Berryville, about 3 months ago and the first thing I heard was how wonderful AMY is!!! I finally found out that Amy delivers our mail. And everything I heard is true. She is professional, courteous, personable and we are so fortunate to have her as our "mail person".
