Packages at this location are not scanned in. My last package was dropped off 11/30/2022 and it is nowhere to be found. We are ebayers and buyers are not receiving their packages. This happens all the time...this is a busy post office most times, I believe the package got stolen off the counter or someone in the receiving area stole it. There are only 2 clerks at the front and most times they cannot keep an eye on the packages at the counter. Something needs to be done asap with this branch.

Really lazy service here. They do not scan your items into the system. I sell on eBay and my customers need to see that I have actually shipped the item. These lazy pos workers do not perform the basic duties that a post office should. Dropped off 2 large packages and 4 smaller ones. NOTHING scanned into the system. So I am left wondering if someone stole the items that they told me to just 'put on the counter'. This place needs to lose their license to operate a post office. Lots of complaints here on yelp also about rudeness etc.
The service is terrible. Only one employer helped at desk during this Christmas season. Only one week left before Christmas. Too long line with many packages. Come on..
