To start my name is Michael B Duncan at 607 Johnson Mill Rd Bumpass Va 23024 . I am writing to give an a++ for my rural postal deliver, I was told to be known as carrier #2 from a pleasant phone call to 68 Fredericks hall rd post office, we are under the governors state of emergency on this day March 3 2014 and was pleasantly surprised to have a package delivered down a hilly winding 1/4 mile drive way thru the snow and ice .again a++ to carrier #2 Thank you feel free to call me for more details Michael Duncan 540-872-5352
