I've lived at the same address for over forty years and within the past four or five months my daily delivery has gotten terrible! Twice I have not received my credit card bill and twice I did not receive my gas bill. Both times resulted in blocking the usage of my credit card and threats to shut off my gas. We often get others mail, too. My poor neighbor dragged over a heavy box of dog food mis-delivered to her! What is going on with my once dependable delivery??? And the phone numbers for the post office? Useless!

Mail delivery has gotten horrible again! New delivery person? Doing horrible. This is The Chateaux Condominium-Patrick Henry Drive Six Buildings Mail “correctly addressed” being dropped off at wrong mail boxes. I had three this week. Neighbors brought me mine. I dropped off one to a neighbor; plus even packages-my neighbor took two in her hallway to a totally different building/address. Please HELP Thank You

I live in Lake Barcroft and understand there is an ongoing effort (one person?) to have our letter carrier fired. I’m not sure if he was on vacation or there was some other reason but slow mail for two days is no reason to fire someone who has been a great public servant to our community. If this goes any further i will use my skills as a corporate lobbyist to raise hell.

The phone number is useless as I called several times and no one answered. Seems this was also a problem 2 years ago from comments below. Would have expected some change!

Over the last 3 days, I’ve only received mail once. I looked right at the mail carrier yesterday as she drove down the street. I didn’t even get junk bulk mail. I also run a business out of my home. So, I usually get mail every day. So, why Isma’il not being delivered to my house at 307 S. Maple Ave? I’m the only single family home one the street. I’d appreciate a reason why. But, even more importantly deliver my mail. Today’s mail, as well as the mail from the 2 days you missed delivery.

my husband's name and mine are moved from the mailbox for no reason. I reported to the post office manager and no result, I haven't received any mail for more than one week. The assistant manager in the rental office is informed, unfortunately, she doesn't see the postman who delivers the mail. My address is as follows: 6129 Leesburg Pike, Apt 820 Falls Church, VA 22041

I am wondering why there is a phone number listed , if no one is going to answer the phone, & why the line simply disconnects form the call. For me that is a problem.

I was in the Post Office this afternoon and was assisted by Mimi. She was professional and knowledgeable in getting the long lines down at the counter. She walked the line asking customers what they were sending and how they were paying. She reduced the line (i was one of her customers) by 4 people while i was there. Nice to see innovation at the Post Office but also nice to see someone courteous and professional in that position.
