I was told to call them because my carrier forgot to deliver my hold mail from a short vacation. He delivered some new mail, but not the hold mail. But nobody answers the phone, so a typical government operation with no concern for their customers. Plus, there's no option to leave a message, so basically no way to get my mail. I gave one star because there's no option for zero stars.
