Letters and a package were left outside at our business! We were previously told that the Post office did not leave mail outside at businesses. We had out going mail that obviously was not picked up as well. Like the others have said, we also called and no one answers the phone. We don't want our mail or packages stolen. Why the poor service?
We have not received or had mail picked up in four days. When we call, they don't answer because they recognize our number since we call so much about this issue.
Today is 21 July and our address is 331 Wilton Ave, Hampton VA 23663. We have not received mail in two days and according to Informed Delivery Daily Digest we should have gotten mail on both days. In addition we have several packages that were delivered to the local post office today that haven't been delivered.
Having the same issue as stated above , No mail even though shows mail to be delivered and when I do receive mail it has been later and later in the day ,I have been home the front door open and receive a text that mail could not be delivered due to no access to house and there is nothing blocking anything in my front yard .
Can anyone explain why mail service has dropped to subpar ?
