I had an issue with a carrier ,walking on my flowers a few years back so I told him to ise the stairs that were literally two feet away from my flower bed ,he told me he will walk wherever he wants and I. Won't tell him what to do !! I reported him to this locations supervisor and the supervisor told me he has to walk where it's convenient and quicker for him,I called corporate and they did absolutely nothing ,it's 3 years later at my new address and I saw Him delivering mail as a substitute all the sudden for 2 months I got no mail,had no idea why,until I went ro Sam's club and my credit card was declined 3 times so i called costomer service on my credit card and they needed verification of my address since the actual post office sent my mail back to sender without my knowledge, I never changed my address nor was my mail on hold for no reason nor was my mail box full ! Come to find out all my extremely important bills and bank statements irs papers credit card statements all needed address verification on someone in post office sending all my mail back to sender this is a federal offense and I don't know how to report this to be investigated Noone picks up phone nor returns phone calls can someone please help me this is harassment and done on purpose

I get a message saying packages delivered and I never received it. Went to the sterling drive post office supervisor was very rude and still hasn’t called me back about my package

We have the same mail man everyday for the past few months and he has been passing my house continuously when I have mail that needs to be picked up he just walks right past it and through my flowers in the yard (we have a sidewalk) when I’ve asked him repeatedly and had notes on the mailbox about picking it up he was extremely rude about it. Yesterday for example he missed it and when I called for him across the road he told me “this is no my job to come back and get your mail you will just have to suck it up and wait till the next day” sir this is LITERALLY In your job description

This location is horrible. On off hours they never seem to have a working machine for stamps or sending packages. For other reasons, I moved in to my new place 4/9 and paid for a new mailbox key. They told me to call after 7 days for the new key. The number never worked to their location, or at least it just rings and rings and rings with no answer or voicemail then goes to a busy signal. I physically went there several times and was told someone would be out and they'll give me a call. Weeks later I'm still waiting, and meanwhile, I have no access to my mail and I was expecting legal docs as well as other mail. They are absolutely awful and the manager should be fired or at least be made to make some major changes.

Many, many years ago at this Starling Henrico VA office, I watched an older employee help a young woman who was purchasing stamps for her wedding invitations. She wanted the Love stamps or something of that nature. He gently asked her questions about what would go in the envelopes - like RSVP cards and such. He explained that those inclusions would require a little more postage and there was no stamp to match or go with her current selection. It was a beautiful exchange and he helped her out greatly. Without his going above and beyond (or maybe just everyday work to you great folks) she would have run into issues she had never thought about. You guys have always rocked!! Just today you went out of your way again and I so appreciate it. Thank you and love ya!

Yesterday May 3rd I went to pick up a package that was to large for my PO Box. A handwritten note on the door said closed due to technical problems, ring bell at door for assistance, I rang it four different times and waited approximately 20 minutes for assistance that never came. The fourth time I laid on the button for about 30 seconds snd I hope it gave someone a headache. What crappy service, and you all wonder why the USPS is going broke. REALLY??

I thought I lost my mailbox keys and the next day I found them... I went to the post office and the lady turned around and. Told me I couldn’t get my money back..... smh when I called the same day and whoever answered the phone told me I could

I get an email from USPS INFORMED DELIVERY showing me what is expected each day. But a don't typically get email daily. Somehow I didn't get mail yesterday or today and was expecting. Getting mail is a game. And you wonder why the postal system looses billion each year.

My mom's election ballot was returned an undeliverable, with the correct address. Called the Recency Post Office, but the were unconcerned and not interested in this information, nor interested in tracking or determine the problem. Suppressing voters by not delivering the ballots -- not sure how big this problem is, but they don't want to track and study the problem is disconcerting.

This location has caused me many issues. I have used this location to obtain my mailbox key for my apartment. It took me just a week to be able to pay the fine because every time I went , I was told something different so I showed up every time unprepared. I called before hand each time and no one seemed to have the right answers. Whatever. Since this process has taken so long, I am anxious to again access to my mail that has been sitting locked up for almost two weeks. Today , I am trying get ahold of someone to see if the key has been dropped off yet, the phone has been ringing busy for over an hour. I am about to drive up there to ask in person, can’t wait to see what attitude they have today. :)

Same thing is happening to me. I can't get anyone on the phone and every time I go there, it isn't there. They ask me..."did you call?"...I say yes a million times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! UUGGHHHHHH I am so frustrated.

Obviously we are having a different carrier every week now. Mail was thrown on the front porch. The mailbox is on the side door and has been for 45 years. I put a note on the front door saying the box was on the side. Can you believe the mail was in a rubber band and tied to the front door? Terrible, terrible, terrible service on Sweetbriar Rd. We have misdelivered mail all the time, no mail delivery sometimes, and then they won't put the mail in the mailbox.

I’ve made enough reviews and now I’m just angry!!! Whoever my carrier is is a crook and I believe stole my package!! They never deliver my items on time or at all and today I get one of my packages but not my daily mail nor the other package and they lied and said they delivered them both!!! If I don’t get my other package tomorrow I’m filing a police report!! I’m done being nice and am mad to the point I’d like to cuss but I’m trying hard not to in this review. Also that Michelle lady is rude and should be fired!!!

Service at or from this postoffice has really gone downhill in the last few months. Home delivery went from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 or 7:00 p.m., sometimes later. Therefore, when going out of town for Thanksgiving, I put in a request to hold my mail until I picked up on Monday, 11/26. The line was larger than I have seen in years and when they asked for pickups only, I thought a few more minutes - it took 30 minutes! Poor management!

Yesterday (10/10/17) our mail had still not arrived by 6:00. This morning when I went out, I found our neighbor's mail scattered in the middle of Countryside Lane. It had been out all night and was soaked. I put it in their mailbox, which was some distance away. This is not the first complaint we have had about our mailman, who seems to be unable to deliver mail in a timely, accurate manner. After living here for 32 years, it is the first time we've had problems.

This month I did not receive my Verizon nor my Dominion Power before the billing date; I found a neighbor's bank statement in the parking lot of my condominium complex. Because of identity theft concerns I am reporting these incidents to Lifelock. I have no plans to move any time soon. Please email me if you have notices to the contrary.
