Please do NOT deliver any packages to my door & please don’t knock on my door to hand me the packages. There is a mailroom to leave packages in & maybe the deliverer is new or/& forgot & came to my door.

MY BANK CARD was returned to the bank on June 4, 2020 as "non-deliverable"! We are in a townhouse and there is absolutely no reason I did not receive this. When it comes to incompetence with important banking documents, your post office needs to improve it's services. I am very unhappy with your service.

The mail carrier is not looking very well at the address on my mail and my neighbor's mail. This has been going on for 4 years. I am angry. This has to stop. I don't care if you have a substitute mail carrier. All mail carriers need to get a good look at addresses!
I believe our P O Box # 29074 is no longer available to us as we did not renew in a timely fashion. Could we pay a penalty and box rental amount in order to have a P O Box number there at the Ridge Branch?

Was suppose to have a package delivered on Friday, the "sorry we missed you" BUT they left 2 other packages. Requested a redelivery for Sat, no package delivered on Sat, requested another deliver for Mon, took the day off, no package delivered. Called the post office, they couldn't give me a reason the package wasn't delivered.
Monday and Thursday of this week our mail was not delivered to our address. Monday’s package was delivered to a neighbor on another street and today’s mail was delivered next door instead of to our mail box.
