Once again the scale for the self service kiosk in the lobby is broken. I went to weigh a postcard and the scale said it weighed 4.4 oz. I weighed the emtpy scale and the air weighed 4.0 oz. This kiosk has been systematically overcharging because of this. Please fix this immediately.

I've been going to this post office over a decade. At times, it's very busy, but they are always friendly and efficient. They get you through the lines quickly and do their jobs very well. I was disappointed to read some of the negative reviews. That has not been my situation - ever... and I'm there frequently as I mail lots of packages.

I called the post office to get the extension for the zip code of TD bank and they told me it's too many, I would have to call the bank. The bank said they don't know the code either. This is not good customer service.

Have been going to my post office in Herndon, Virginia for over fifteen years now and have been completely satisfied with the hard working employees that work there. They are great!

this post office in poorly managed they employees there appear to be somehow overcharging and seems odd that customers cannot see the weight of a package and need to depend on these clerks which are trying to upsell and make an extra buck for the post office but still it seems a little bit unfair to the consumer.
Also I have shipped items that people have commented on (box seems damaged and tampered with) one package contents package was completed broken. very disappointed will need to start weighing on my own and packing boxes extremely and a lot more carefully. Over all there seems to be no real customer service just get in line and pay the cashier so we can get on with our day type of attitude.
