Personnel are always helpful - over the top assistance - and always professional. We have done business with them since 1992 and have not had problems with assistance, passports, heavy boxes, or holding mail for us. Thank you and all of the personnel here for being great!
I’ve never had a complaint or concern regarding our mail delivery until the past month or so. We’ve lived at this address over 20 years.
Our regular driver BJ has been flawless in his duties - must keep! However, when BJ is off and I have a package to be delivered to our address, I have found the package either on top of the mailbox or on the ground. This is the third time and consistently when he’s off. I taped a handwritten note to the driver to please bring it to the door (180ft away) if it is larger than our HUGE mailbox. BJ said to report it as the drivers know better. I’m calling tomorrow since the PO is closed.
I have lived in Leesburg almost 28 years and I have always found the employees at our main PO extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with them. I have a suggestion regarding priority mail. When they are sent on Fridays to non-business addresses, they should be delivered on Sundays.Thank you.
A few days ago i ordered something expensive online and i forgot to update my address, i was very worried and no hope of getting a refund and less packages. but a very friendly and helpful lady named Xiam Lazaro helped me track and intercept my orders. I went on a Monday and two days later she called me and told me that she had found my packages. Great jod Xiam
Please tell carrier to Graywood Way NE not to leave boxes (this was a priority mail) in driveway! There is a covered front porch stoop that should be used for anything that doesn’t fit in mailbox. Thank you
A fantastic experience. Kind service, staff was knowledgeable and exceeded Expectations. She found A cata Goes for my packages that provided me with a more focused category and less expensive. Her smile came through the mask.
First. Thanks for your service overall in this uncertain time.
Second , please tell the worker that delivers in zip code 20175 that BOXES 📦 doesn’t belong to mail box !!!! Boxes get stuck inside !!!!
Is the third time that we need to destroy the box to get it out !
Thanks

This afternoon on November 17, 2018 there was NO attempt made by a postman to deliver an important parcel i.e. ring a bell or knock on the door and just a notice was left at the front. How do I file a complaint about this?
I would like to have a manager contact me. The person who deliveres my communities mail needs to be fired. I spend a great deal of my personal time delivering mail around my community that has been placed in the wrong buildings. Twice I have had to call and pay bills over the phone because my bill never was delivered to my mailbox. I do not know where my mail (with confidential information!!) has been delivered, but it has not been to my house. This needs to stop!
I was for YEARS constantly not receiving bills and had to go online to view and pay them. God knows who was getting my mail and never forwarded it. On the other hand, I constantly received mail directed to other houses both in my neighborhood and other parts of Leesburg. Not sure where this misdirection happened. I speak in past tense because for the past few months, I have not missed bills nor received misdirected mail. We have had a new mail delivery person so either he's more attentive or whoever packages the deliveries is doing a better job. Still wary, though.

The Leesburg VA post office is the most inefficient post office I've ever dealt with. My personal encounter with the staff at the main post office was totally unacceptable. We are new to Leesburg November 2016. We re3ceive mail for the old residents on a daily basis. I have marked the mail and returne3d it to the post office only to have it delivered again - as many as 4 times for the same e3nvelopes (yes I marked them). I visited the post office and took 11 class A letters with me to discuss the issue with post office manager and gave him the3 11 letters. He assured me he would "take care of it". You guessed it, all 11 letters were again delivered to my mail box and the issue continues to this day - 2 months later. Its obvious that the post office isn't screening the names/addresses for forwarding mail. They just keep dumping it in my box. I'll document this week and send the next batch of letters to the Loudon congressional representatives. This inefficiency is unacceptable to taxpayers and a personal inconvenience to the3 addressee.
What an awful experience with this post office, even though I have only lived here 6 weeks. Called to have mail delivered after holiday hold, phone CONSTANTLY busy over a 3 day period, morning, noon and night! "off the hook," maybe? Can't reach them to get "held mail" delivered. I must drive to post office to retrieve mail.
Come'on, the place is like a zoo where staff run around but are largely ineffective at their jobs. If they can't help you, the third person in line, they go to the rear of line and retrieve someone else's help mail like his might be easier to get from the back where all the mail is held. Try something novel like "Whose next?" although the line should be a small indicator. Thanks for the aggravation.
(Oh, shout out to my mail delivery person, she is a delight whenever I do encounter her and always very helpful!")
